Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

  • The purpose of this Terms of Use is to regulate right, duty, responsibility, and other necessary matters between User and Service Provider in using the membership service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by the website of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”).
  • ① This Terms of Use shall be posted on the service screen or notified to User through other means. It shall take effect when User grants his or her consent and signs up for the service.
  • ② The service provider may change the content of this Terms of Use when deemed necessary. The revised terms shall be announced on the service screen where User can access and read directly.
  • ③ If User does not agree to the revised terms, he or she may discontinue the use of the service and cancel his or her membership. When User continues to use the service, it shall be considered as consent to the modified terms, which will take effect as stated in Paragraph 2.
  • ④ If User agrees to this Terms of Use, it shall be preferentially applied in service provided by Service Provider and service used by User. This Terms of Use also shall be prioritized over Privacy Policy provided by Service Provider. The matters that are not regulated in this Terms of Use shall be governed by Framework Act on Telecommunications, Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Korea Communications Standards Commission Regulation, Information Communication Ethics Code, Program Protection Act, and other relevant Korean acts and commercial practices.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

  • ① This Terms of Use shall be posted on the service screen or notified to User through other means. It shall take effect when User grants his or her consent and signs up for the service.
  • ② The service provider may change the content of this Terms of Use when deemed necessary. The revised terms shall be announced on the service screen where User can access and read directly.

  • ④ If User agrees to this Terms of Use, it shall be preferentially applied in service provided by Service Provider and service used by User. Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

  • ① The definitions of terms used in this Terms of Use are as follows:
    • 1. User : Member or visitor who accesses the service and uses the services provided by Service Provider;
    • 2. Member: User who accesses the service, agrees to this Terms of Use, receives ID and password, and completes verification procedures such as SMS verification;
    • 3. Visitor : User who uses the services provided by Service Provider without signing up as a member;
    • 4. ID (Unique Identifier): Combination of letters and numbers selected by User and approved by Service Provider for member identification and use of service;
    • 5. Password: Combination of letters and numbers set by User to protect his or her information;
    • 6. Withdrawal: Expression of intention to terminate service use contract by either Service Provider or Member.
  • ② Terms other than the terms regulated in Paragraph 1 shall be governed by the relevant acts and the guidelines regulated by each service.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Use Contract)

The service use contract shall be concluded when User grants consent to terms and conditions and Service Provider approves the service use application by User.

Article 5 (Service Use Application)

To apply use of service, User shall visit the member information page and record his or her personal information in the sign-up format required by Service Provider.

Article 6 (Acceptance and Rejection of Service Use Application)

  • ① If service use application is made by filling out the matters regulated in Article 5, Service Provider may accept service use application in accordance with internal regulations
  • ② In any of the following cases, Service Provider may restrict the use of certain services until grounds for such restriction are resolved :
    • 1. If provided information is false (alias, non-real name) or if there is reasonable ground to suspect false report.
    • 2. Other cases deemed necessary by Service Provider.
  • ③ Service Provider may restrict service use application in any of the following cases :
    • 1. If service use application is made with non-real name;
    • 2. If service use application is made with names of others;
    • 3. If application form contains false information;
    • 4. If User is engaged in act or expression that violates purpose of the website;
    • 5. If service use application is made to disrupt social order or custom;
    • 6. If User fails to meet the other application requirements set by Service Provider;

Article 7 (Amendment of Contract Details)

Member may view and edit his or her information at any time in My Information page. If there are any changes to the matters provided at the time of application, Member shall edit the information and shall be responsible for any issues arising from failure to do so.
